Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/3 c. boiling water, 1 c. granulated sugar and 2 tbsp. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the chocolate and stir over very low heat until the chocolate is melted.
Then add the boiling water slowly, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Add the sugar and corn syrup, stirring until dissolved.
Simmer 5 minutes, then add the vanilla and salt.
Serve hot or warm over ice cream or pudding.
