Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. nestle chocolate chips, 1/2 pkg. kraft caramels, 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put all ingredients top of double boiler. Cook in double boiler over medium heat until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.
Store in glass canning jars (makes five jars); does not need to be pressure sealed. Will several months. Each jar makes 4 servings.
Serve (I use the microwave).
It's great over ice cream.
