Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c hot cocoa mix, 3/4 c sugar, 2/3 c evaporated milk, 1/3 c light corn syrup and 1/3 c butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil to softball stage.
Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 c chopped, fresh strawberries.
Boil 1 min longer and remove form heat.
Chill until serving time.
This is good on vanilla ice cream and on strawberry shortcake.
