Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, dash of salt and 1 c. white karo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar and cocoa in a large saucepan.
Add evaporated milk, salt, corn syrup and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil, without stirring, for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla.
Cool. Keeps well in refrigerator for several weeks.
May be microwaved to heat.
Serve over ice cream.
