Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Combine and spread into a baking dish (8 x 8 preferably) lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix together 2 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup sugar and sprinkle over flour mixture.
Stir well. Pour 1 1/2 cups hot tap water over all.
Do not mix at this point.
Bake at 350Β° in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
