Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine cake mix, eggs and water in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pan.
Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar and cocoa in small bowl.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour boiling water over all. Do not stir.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped topping.
