Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, divided, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 7 tbsp. cocoa, divided, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Blend in milk, melted margarine and vanilla.
Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
Pour hot water over top.
Do not stir.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
