Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, divided, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 7 tbsp. hershey's cocoa, divided, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Blend in milk, melted margarine and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Pour batter into square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a small bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
Pour hot water over top, do not stir.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes.
Spoon into dessert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top.
Great with ice cream.
