Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. plain flour, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first five ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
Blend in milk, melted margarine and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour batter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.
In small mixing bowl add 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa.
Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
Pour water over top. Do not stir.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β° or until center is almost set.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Spoon into dishes, using hot fudge sauce from the bottom of pan over top of cake.
Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
