Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake
Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. crisco oil, 1 stick butter and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs and Crisco oil; beat until smooth.
In a saucepan, combine butter, water, cocoa and salt. Bring to boil and set aside.
Add to ingredients in large bowl buttermilk, flour, soda and vanilla.
Combine mixture in saucepan to mixture in bowl.
Do not use mixer after adding hot chocolate from saucepan.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
