Hot Fruit Casserole
Hot Fruit Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) can sliced peaches, 1 stack graham crackers, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. water and 4 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Crumble graham crackers in a casserole dish to form the crust.
Set aside. Pour juice from the peaches into a cup and set aside for later use.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
Add cornstarch and stir.
Add the juice from the peaches to the butter and cornstarch, stirring well.
Add the water and sugar.
Continue cooking until mixture is thick.
Reduce heat.
Add peaches and sour cream and cook on low heat for five to eight minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until brown around the sides.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Casserole may be refrigerated and reheated.
