A warm baked medley of canned peaches, pears, pineapple, apricots and mandarin oranges glazed with brown sugar, butter and a hint of curry. Spiced, glossy and a brunch buffet staple.

Drain fruit well.
I prefer lite mix in oleo, brown sugar and curry.
Two tablespoons cornstarch that is mixed with sugar and curry.
Mix all together.
Let set overnight.
Bake next day for 1 hour at 325Β°.
