Hot Creamed Crab
Hot Creamed Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat cheese until smooth in small electric mixer.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, flour and pepper. Beat again until smooth.
Fold in crabmeat, almonds and salt to taste.
Put in casserole dish and bake at 300Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Place over heat (candle or other heating device).
