Hot Crabmeat Spread
Hot Crabmeat Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crabmeat or 10 oz. fresh crabmeat, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (non or low-fat can be used), 1 tbsp. milk or skim milk, 2 tsp. worcestershire and 2 green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Rinse, drain and flake crabmeat; remove all shell fragments.
Stir softened cream cheese.
Add milk and Worcestershire; mix thoroughly.
Mix in green onions.
Add crabmeat to mixture.
Spray an 8-inch Pyrex or ceramic baking dish with Pam.
Put mixture in a dish.
Spread evenly and top with slivered almonds.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
