Hot Crab Melts
Hot Crab Melts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked, 1/4 c. cocktail sauce or tartar sauce, 2 tbsp. finely chopped celery, 2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium bowl, combine crabmeat, sauce, celery, green pepper and lemon juice (if desired).
Spread equal amounts on muffin halves.
Bake 5 minutes.
Top each with cheese slice.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until hot.
Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
