Hot Corn Casserole
Hot Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 1/4 stick margarine, 1 1/2 tbsp. onion soup mix (dry), 1/3 can ro-tel tomatoes and 2 cans white corn or shoe peg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion in small amount of margarine.
Add onion soup and Ro-Tel; stir well and add corn.
Simmer about 5 minutes; add pinch of sugar.
Then put in casserole dish and top with cheese. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 300Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
