Hot Corn
Hot Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) cans shoe peg corn or 1 pkg. frozen shoe peg corn, 1/4 stick margarine, 1/2 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped really fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix margarine, cheese and milk in saucepan and heat until it bubbles.
Stir into corn and pepper.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
