Hot Clam Spread
Hot Clam Spread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, 1/4 lb. butter, 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (ritz), 1 medium onion, chopped fine and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Drain the juice from 1 can clams (use it for another purpose).
Melt the butter and add the drained clams, the other can of clams with juice, cracker crumbs, onion and lemon juice.
Pour into a shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
