Hot Clam Spread
Hot Clam Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans minced clams with juice, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped and 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first two ingredients in a small pan and simmer until soft (about 3 minutes).
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add pan mixture to bowl and combine well.
Spread mixture into a lightly greased quiche dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake, covered, at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and continue to bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
