Hot Clam Dip
Hot Clam Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can minced clams, 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. dried garlic, 1/2 small onion, minced, 1/3 c. italian bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute garlic, onion and bread crumbs in oil for 2 minutes. Mix constantly.
Remove from flame.
Add clams using about 2/3 liquid.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with plain crackers.
