Hot Clam Dip
Hot Clam Dip is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 cans minced clams, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1/2 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan, simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
In another saucepan, simmer onion, garlic, pepper, parsley, butter, oregano, Tabasco and cayenne until soft.
Combine two mixtures. Stir in bread crumbs.
Place in ovenproof dish.
Top with crumbled cheese.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese; dust with paprika. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes; 45 minutes if frozen.
