Hot Clam Dip
Hot Clam Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans minced clams with juice, 1 stick butter, 1 green pepper, 1 onion and 1 tbsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter; put onion and pepper (chopped) in it with oregano and parsley.
Simmer until onion and peppers are soft.
Add clams with lemon juice.
Cook for 10 minutes more.
Add bread crumbs and mix well.
Put into a square tin dish and add American cheese on top of it.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted.
Serve warm with crackers.
