Hot Chocolate Syrup is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cocoa or 4 sq. chocolate, 2 sticks oleo, 2 c. sugar and 1 (6 oz.) can pet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a saucepan, melt together the cocoa or chocolate squares and oleo; add sugar and Pet milk and bring to a boil.
