Hot Chocolate Mix is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. instant cocoa, 1/4 tsp. salt, 4 c. powdered skim milk, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 1/2 c. powdered cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Store in airtight container.
Stir 6 tablespoons of mix into 3/4 cup hot water.
