Hot Chicken Salad And Rice is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with small chicken breasts, cooked and cut up, c. celery, chopped, c. sliced water chestnuts, c. cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth) and c. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine cooked chicken, celery, chestnuts, rice and peas.
