Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked cubed chicken, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery, eggs, soup and onion.
Place in large rectangular dish.
Combine cheese, almonds and chips and place mixture on top of chicken mixture. Let stand in refrigerator 8 to 10 hours.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
Top will be golden brown and bubbling on the sides.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
