Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 c. cooked, diced chicken, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced, 2 pimentos, diced, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
