Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken breasts, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 2/3 c. sliced green onions and 2 tbsp. shredded low-fat cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Add to chicken mixture.
Stir and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Combine breadcrumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
