Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. bite size chicken, cooked chicken breast, skinned and boned, 2 c. celery, 2 c. sliced water chestnuts, 1/2 c. slivered almonds and 1 small can/jar chopped pimentos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine chicken with all ingredients except onion rings. Place in a low baking dish, approximately 13 x 9-inch pan/glass dish.
Cook at 350° for 15 minutes.
Remove and top dish with onion rings and continue at 350° for additional 15 minutes.
