Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked chicken, cut into chunks, 2 c. chopped celery, 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, small jar pimento and 3/4 c. cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place first 4 ingredients in casserole dish.
Mix together cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, salt, minced onion and lemon juice.
Pour into dish and top with grated cheese, slivered almonds and potato chips.
Refrigerate overnight.
