Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken breast, cubed, 2 c. celery, diced (use less), 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. slivered almonds and 2 tsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cubed chicken, celery and almonds together, then add salt, onion, lemon juice (or orange juice) and mayonnaise.
Put in casserole and top with Cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake 15 minutes at 400Β°.
