Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed cooked chicken, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 3/4 c. sliced green onions and 1/3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine chicken, celery, pepper, onions, cheese and pimento in a large bowl; toss lightly to mix.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce (Tabasco); add this to the chicken mixture (mix gently, but well).
Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Combine bread crumbs and oleo.
Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350Β° until thoroughly heated.
