Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small can evaporated milk, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. chopped celery and 2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend together soup, evaporated milk and mayonnaise.
Add rest of ingredients, except potato chips.
Stir together until blended. Pour into large greased casserole.
Cover with potato chips and bake 350Β° for an hour or so.
Add half and half towards end of baking if it looks too dry.
This is very good served at a luncheon.
