Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped, 1 c. cooked rice, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 3 chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a bowl mix all ingredients together except the crumbs or chips and put into refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours before serving time.
In a baking dish, a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole, put ingredients and top with crumbled chips or bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° uncovered.
