Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 fryers, cooked, deboned and cubed, 2 c. celery, chopped, 4 tbsp. onion, chopped, 1 c. broth and 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine broth, celery and onion; cook until tender.
Combine chicken, broth mixture, mayonnaise, lemon juice, soup, eggs, 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
