Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked, chopped chicken, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup and 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix all ingredients except the bread crumbs and pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Top with butter bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Freezes well.
For microwave, cook on full power for 10 minutes.
Bread crumbs may be browned under the broiler.
