Hot Chicken Casserole
Hot Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced, 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced, 2 c. celery, diced fine or less, 1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.), sliced and drained and 1 can mushrooms (4 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients together with 1/2 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream.
Turn into casserole and top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle can of French fried onion rings on top.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Serve with rice.
Freezes well.
