Hot Barbecued Chicken Wings
Hot Barbecued Chicken Wings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 chicken wings, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/3 c. cooking oil and 1/2 c. lea & perrins barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Remove wing tips and cut wings in half.
Dust in mixture of flour and chili powder and fry in hot oil 8 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Heat together the Lea & Perrins sauce and hot pepper sauce.
Add the cooked chicken wings and simmer for a few minutes.
