Hot Baked Clam Dip
Hot Baked Clam Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams (not drained), 1 clove garlic, 4 tsp. lemon juice and 1 3/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter; saute onion and garlic.
Add clams with juice and lemon juice; bring to boil.
Add bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, wine and Tabasco.
Place in pie dish or in casserole dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese (if you need more, it's okay). Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Serve hot with bagel chips, flatbreads or Town House crackers.
