Hot Artichoke Spread
Hot Artichoke Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise, 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream, 1 (11 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped pimientos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream.
Stir in artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped pimientos and hot pepper sauce.
Spoon into an ovenproof baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers or French bread slices, if desired.
