Hot Artichoke Dip
Hot Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chili peppers and 6 oz. jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Reserve one artichoke heart and several pimento slices for garnish.
Coarsely chop remaining hearts and pimento.
In medium bowl mix artichokes, pimentos, mayonnaise, green chiles, cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Spoon into shallow 1 1/2 quart dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
