Hot Artichoke Dip
Hot Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, 1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp. dried dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Place half the artichoke hearts in food processor and chop coarsely.
Add half the Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed and garlic.
Process until smooth. Scrape mixture into a 10-inch pie plate.
Repeat procedure with remaining half of ingredients, adding to pie plate after processing.
Smooth top with spatula.
Bake until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Serve immediately with crackers or bread sticks.
