Hot Artichoke Crab Spread
Hot Artichoke Crab Spread is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 to 8 green onions, chopped, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 cloves garlic, 1 can whole artichoke hearts, chopped and 1 (6 oz.) can lump claw crabmeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute green onions, garlic and butter over medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until fairly creamy over low heat.
Serve in a chafing dish or something to keep warm during serving.
I serve with Carr's cracked pepper water crackers.
