Skillet melt 1/2 cup butter to saute mushrooms. Once tender, place to the side.
Use same skillet to melt second butter.
Add peppers, green onions and garlic. Cook over medium heat until crisp-tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer
2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir once halfway through cooking.
You can use canned mushrooms.
