Horseradish Ring
Horseradish Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. lemon jell-o, 2 c. hot water, 1 c. cold water, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
Stir well.
Add cold water, salt and vinegar.
Cool to jellied stage.
Stir in horseradish and whipped cream.
Pour into an oiled mold.
When thoroughly set, unmold.
Garnish with parsley leaflets.
Excellent with ham.
