Hors D'Oeuvres Called Dog Food is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 lb. jimmy dean's sage pork sausage, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 pkg. party ryes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In frying pan, brown ground chuck and pork sausage and drain off all grease.
Put meat back into frying pan over medium heat and add cheese.
Stir until all is mixed and cheese is melted. Using a tablespoon, put a spoonful on top of each rye.
Put each on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° until top and bottom of rye are slightly toasted.
Serve hot.
