Horny Toads
Horny Toads is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. sugar, 12 oz. smooth peanut butter, 6 c. corn flakes and 1 1/2 to 2 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a double boiler, melt white chocolate (not almond bark) until smooth.
Stir in crushed peppermint sticks or discs.
Pour onto waxed paper and let set.
Break into bite size pieces and serve.
(I drop by teaspoonfuls and the pieces are automatically bite size.)
