Hopscotch Crunchies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, 1 can chow mein noodles and 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butterscotch morsels in a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water along with peanut butter.
Stir to hasten melting. Remove from heat and stir in chow mein noodles and marshmallows. Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
Makes about 30 crunchies.
