Hootenholler Whiskey Cake
Hootenholler Whiskey Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix together flour and baking powder, salt and nutmeg, add to butter mixture.
Add milk. Put soda into molasses and mix.
Add that!
Then add raisins, nuts and whiskey. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 2 hours.
Wrap in foil and keep in refrigerator.
