Hoot Owl Pie
Hoot Owl Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can hominy, drained, 2 c. cooked, diced hoot owl or chicken if desired, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 4 tbsp. milk and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter casserole dish.
Place layer of hominy in bottom, then a layer of hoot owl.
Continue layering until all hominy and hoot owl are gone.
In a pan heat soup, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Dot with margarine and paprika.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 30 minutes.
